The inaugural Thrive Bath Conference will be taking place on Monday 30 March at the University of Bath. An Early Bird ticket price of just £20 is available until 11 February (normal price £40) and includes on-site parking, refreshments and a hot buffet lunch.
Our keynote speaker is Sue Hoyle, Director of the Clore Programme who will be talking on the subject of leadership in the cultural and voluntary sectors. Other speakers include The Audiences Agency talking about audience development, Natural Theatre Company talking about programming in non-specific spaces, and Tracey Guiry from Literature Works talking about fundraising.
Additional sessions will cover creating and managing high performance teams, maximising digital marketing, and utilising technology to work smarter. Lightning talks will include contributions from regional leaders in their field presenting and discussing issues that are of importance to them and to the sector including ‘What I Wish I Had Known Before”, Creative Commissioning approaches and the Value of Networks.
